Foundations is a 9-week personal growth virtual seminar where you’ll learn tools that are immediately useful for our times… The tools you’ll learn in Foundations give every person the ability to handle the tough situations that determine the quality of your professional and personal relationships - which directly impacts the quality and results of your life.
This is important stuff!
Some people will attend Foundations to move their life from good to great, so they can have the life, results, balance, and happiness that everyone wants and deserves. Others will attend to gain clarity and/or confidence to take their next step; to address something that's missing and making them feel incomplete or out of balance, or to learn how to best evaluate a pressing life decision.
Some people come to LifeResults for a positive shift in attitude; others want to be more active than passive; still, others want to lead rather than follow... learn how to lose the stress or fear that is in your way, so you can live your life coming from power, confidence, and integrity.
What exactly will I get?
There are only two ways things in life can change!
Either everyone else changes what they are doing (LOL right!)
orI can change what I am doing (now, we’re talking!)
This is powerful learning... to get more of what I want, I must figure out what *I* need to do - instead of focusing on what I *want* others to do.
Topics covered in Foundations include Six Steps to Growth, Essence, Kinds of Love, Centering, Way to Avoid / Achieve Greatness, Balance, Programs, Circumstances, and Responsibility – and much more!
Educational Approach
All topics apply what we know about adult learning and account for a variety of learning styles.
Each topic is explored through experiential lecturettes (often at-your-own-pace video), small group work, discussions, reflections, and interactive activities in the weekly real-time session.
An interactive learning management system platform will be used to guide us through the course and provide a place for reflection and engagement.

LifeResults Foundations is offered virtually through zoom calls and our online classroom.
Tuition
Foundations tuition is $149 and all paid in full participants receive a $200 discount on your Core registration when we are able to hold that class in person.
