Feedback is all around us - it may come in a formal setting, but most often it comes in the form of praise, criticism, compliments, suggestions, advice or judgement. We often give feedback to those around us in these same ways. There is a more intentional approach to feedback that improves the chances that the feedback you give will land well and provide value. And there is a way for you to hear feedback that will allow you to take full advantage of the feedback that is all around you.
