Meet the people behind the classes. We’ve taken them, used the tools and now we work together to ensure these valuable life lessons are shared. Look for the blue buttons - these board members are available to meet with you.
Sharon is fundraising consultant for St. Peter’s Community Arts Academy and Finance Clerk for Geneva Public Library, following 40 years of accounting experience in varying positions of increasing responsibility at Coopers & Lybrand, Chapman Instruments, ITT Corporation and Xylem, Inc..
Sharon received her BS in Accounting from Binghamton University, and also has her NFP Management Certification from St. John Fisher, Fundraising Certificate from The Lily School of Philanthropy, and Grant Writing Certificate from the American Grant Writers' Association.
She and her husband Chris live in the City of Geneva and have three adult children. They both love the outdoors, spending time with their granddaughter and living a life of service.
Julie Briggs-Buick
Currently Fiscal Intermediary Coordinator at Heritage Christian Services, Julie is a life-long equity and equality advocate for those often overlooked or marginalized.
Julie’s professional and personal passions have led her to be an Educational Advocate and Trainer at Starbridge, and an Educational Advocate and Trainer at The Advocacy Center, as well as be part of the original group of moms who founded AutismUp! (formerly UNYFEAT), the leading not-for-profit autism support organization for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families in western New York.
Julie has three adult children, and enjoys live music.
Deb Bussewitz
Deborah is energetic, playful, determined and fulfilled. A poet. A teacher. A leader. Happily retired. A person rooted with no roles. I am a mom. She is grandmother. A partner. A caregiver. She describes herself as complicated and living complicated. As an introvert, she values simplicity. And meditation. Words are important. She uses words and silence to lead her to her essence. She believes in contradiction. Friendships and family make her life full. Happily. She is fortunate to have both wide and deep. Above all she is grateful.
Danny Dehm
Danielle (Danny) Dehm is an established member of the educational community in the Rochester region. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from St. Bonaventure University, an M.S. in Learning and Behavioral Disorders from SUNY Buffalo, a C.A.S. in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport, and a doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College.
Danny's adult daughters, Anna and Olivia, continue to be her greatest teachers. Danny honors family conversations about learning, loving, and living to be those she holds closest to her heart in addition to their comical and heartfelt reminders of what really matters.
Fred Dewey
Fred Dewey's life is all about transformation – he’s a veteran technology CEO and entrepreneur who rapidly grows or turns around businesses in an orderly and efficient manner. Fred is also passionate about teaching individuals and companies how to use the LifeResults tools to generate much higher levels of success and happiness, which leads directly to greater financial success through his consulting business Alive! 9 to 5.
Fred has been a LifeResults Facilitator since 2010, has produced or led more than 80 of its seminars, was President of LifeResults for 10 years and is still an active member of the LifeResults board of directors. He is also the co-founder of Emotional Intelligence At Work™ which is the workplace version of LifeResults.
Fred and his partner Nan are passionate about their 5 very accomplished adult children, spouses and their 9 grandchildren, and enjoy spending lots of time with them. They also enjoy travelling and boating.
Michael DuPre'
Retired science educator and lover of the learning process, Michael DuPré is a divorced dad with a daughter living in Boise and another living near Winston-Salem with her husband and his three grandkids. He is elder sibling of five children of their recently deceased, 98 year-old WWII Army veteran father affectionately known as “Harmonica Pete.”
Michael holds a B.S. in Biology from LeMoyne College, a Master of Arts in the Teaching of Natural Science from Colgate University, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport. He is co-founder of a consulting partnership called S.E.E.D.S. (Science Educators Expertly Doing Stuff) for Learning.

Natalie Lunz-Martin
Educator and passionate advocate for all people to be their finest self, Natalie has been a teacher in the Rochester City Schools and at Cobblestone School, in addition to her work as life coach helping people see what they want, imagine themselves living their best life, and move beyond the barriers that were holding them back.
Natalie currently serves on the board of Empowered Girl Alliance, and previously was an Advisory Board Member for Roots and Wings, a non-profit focused on improving education quality and support for teachers.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from NY Empire State College, and her Master’s in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Nazareth College of Rochester. She and her husband Franz have an adult daughter, and live south of Rochester in the Bristol mountain foothills.
Ian Thomas
IT professional Ian Thomas, presently a Splunk consultant for RHONDOS where he helps companies execute on their vision of business optimization through the insights available from big data, has long been interested in personal growth.
In addition to his work and support at LifeResults, Ian is also a leader in the ManKind Project which empowers men to missions of service, supporting men to make a difference in the lives of others – men, women, and children around the world. He and his partner enjoy family, pets, the outdoors, and creating positive change in the world.
James Thurston
As facilitator and trainer with Hands-On Seminars for nearly 15 years, James has provided memorable First Aid & CPR training to corporations and community organizations across Ontario, and has led a broad menu of personal and professional development courses, seminars and workshops that engage and enliven individuals, couples, families, workplaces and communities. Previously, James was a Patient Rights Advisor at Psychiatric Patient Advocate Office in greater Toronto.
James lives with his partner Shasa and their daughter in Brampton (suburban Toronto), Canada.
Patricia Tudisco
Patricia, now-retired Project Manager at Xerox, took her first LifeResults class in 1992, prompted by a newspaper ad and her desire to be her finest self.
Patricia has been a tireless supporter of LifeResults ever since, staffing classes and pitching in as needed. She’s been a member of the LifeResults board for nearly 20 years, and continues to being her calm, joy, and peace to the world.
Kim Sealy
Kim is a Transition Project Manager at Xerox, working for over 25 years with various clients in auto manufacturing, state government agencies, pharmaceutical (for animals), and financial services to implement Intelligent Workplace Solutions at locations throughout the world.
Kim serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team for LifeResults, and is also Marketing & Communications Officer on the executive board of the Black Women’s Leadership Council at Xerox.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Kim holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in engineering. She enjoys activities that nurture her spirit, spending time with family/friends, working out, watching basketball, cooking, traveling and writing. Kim and her husband have three adult children.
Jason Hammer
Jason is a lifelong learner -- LifeResults as well as Mankind Project grad -- who leads with his heart and brings his depth of experience to mission-based LifeResults!!
Following his 20 years in operational and leadership roles at Hammer Packaging, Jason decided to join a not-for-profit whose mission is closely aligned to his own personal mission of personal growth, self-development and creating a better world filled with love, unity, empathy, acceptance and peace.
Jason completed the Cornell University Financial Success for Nonprofits program, as well as the School of Positive Transformation’s Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training program, to prepare himself for this next role.
Ross Quinn
Motivator and leader, international keynote speaker, leadership trainer, author, and success coach, Quinn's seminars go well beyond typical motivational speeches and workshops. His human development technology empowers people to overcome fear-based reactions to identify and change their non-productive behaviors to become truly successful in all areas of their lives.
Since 1979, Ross has made more than 1500 presentations to over 150,000 people all over the world. His corporate clients include RE/MAX, State Farm Insurance, Boise Cascade, and Walt Disney.
Author of "The Love-Based Leader" as well as "Controlling Others For Love and Profit", Ross has also produced an eight-CD audio seminar that captures the essence of his leadership trainings called "Get Over Yourself". He and his wife Christine live on a beautiful lake outside of Chicago.
Dave Vanable
Sr. Director Customer Success for CloudCheckr, a high-growth SaaS-model tech business based in Rochester NY, focused on helping companies "move to the cloud" in the most cost-efficient & secure manner possible, Dave leads a team accountable for 90% of the company’s revenue.
Dave is passionate about personal growth and leadership, bringing humanity to business and ensuring win-win results.
When not working, Dave enjoys yoga, wine, genealogy, and his 1929 Model A Ford pickup (a gift from his dad who bought and restored it 50 years ago).
Dave and his wife have two adult children; Colleen works for Google in NYC and Evan is a tenure-track chemistry professor at Elmhurst University near Chicago.
David Villa
As a semi-retired businessman, David has turned his considerable talents and gifts towards making the world a better place through individual interactions as well as learning to facilitate LifeResults classes so that all can have access to these powerful tools.
Also a graduate of ManKind Project, a men’s community for the 21st Century, David’s mission is to teach self-reliance, freedom, and love.
David is currently raising his son Gabe, and is passionate about yoga, meditation, and mysticism.
Camille Zess
In addition to co-facilitating our in-person weekend Core classes, Camille organizes the monthly LRIA sessions and serves as marketing chair on the LifeResults board. The tools and concepts of emotional intelligence and personal growth help guide all areas of her life, whether that be sharing the tools with participants, at work, at home and as a mom.
Camille Zess is Director of Digital & Growth for Break the Ice Media where her expertise using social media, digital marketing and advertising create outstanding results for her travel & tourism clients.
Camille and her husband and their daughter enjoy finding playgrounds, reading books, and visiting museums. Camille also plays clarinet in a local orchestra.
